POLICY

Cancellation Policy

A 48 hour notice is required for cancellations. If an appointment is not cancelled within 48 hours, there will be a fee of 50% of your original booked time.

Late Policy

​

Please be on time for your appointment as you will still get charged for the time booked. Showing up late will interfere with other clients scheduled appointments. 

​

No Shows

​

A no show visit will result in 50% charge of your original booked time.

IMPORTANT FORMS

Please be advised that you will need to complete and sign an Intake and Release Form before your consultation. Documents can be emailed with a fill and sign option or they can be completed at the time of your consultation. All new clients must complete a consultation.
